Project LYGO
Henry Potter and his team at Blue Water Capital approached us with a project to build Lygo. Lygo is a sophisticated web tech platform that is designed from the ground up specifically to manage the complete front and back end processes for debt and equity issues. They also needed the platform to be able to integrate with third party CREST and EUROCLEAR participants offering de-materialize settlement solutions and Lygo wanted to be a pioneer in the private investments and the syndicate space because these markets are typically disposed and Lygo ties them together with the benefit of the issuer. We are proud to let you know that we built Lygo in partnership with Henry Potter’s Blue Water Compliance and this successful platform raised 1 billion pounds in the UK and the EU markets.
